Herbal Tea #88 for Fatty Liver Support
Herbal Tea #88 is a carefully formulated blend of herbs designed to support liver health and address the challenges associated with fatty liver disease (steatosis). This unique herbal tea may help restore damaged liver cells, inhibit the production of LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, and decrease the absorption of cholesterol into the bloodstream.
Ingredients:
- Rosehip (fruit)
- St. John’s Wort (herb)
- Peppermint (herb)
- Immortelle (flower)
- Burdock (herb)
- Chicory (root)
- Calamus (root)
- Tansy (flower)
- Raspberry leaf (leaf)
- Milk Thistle (fruit)
Instructions:
- Grind the contents of one tea bag into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder.
- Add 1 teaspoon of the powdered blend to 200ml of boiling water.
- Heat gently in a bain-marie (double boiler) for 3-5 minutes.
- Steep for 1 hour.
- Strain and squeeze out the remaining liquid.
- Consume 100ml in the morning and 100ml in the evening, 30 minutes after meals. It’s recommended to prepare a daily serving. Store any leftover tea in the refrigerator.
