Title: Hand-Harvested and Fermented Ivan Chai (Fireweed Tea)
Description: Our apiary is surrounded by fields of Ivan Chai (fireweed). We hand-harvest, ferment, and dry our tea, infusing each batch with love and respect. Beyond its naturally beneficial properties, fireweed boasts tannins for astringent and antiseptic effects, stimulating circulation; mucilage for soothing and spasmolytic action, relieving cramps; flavonoids to improve metabolism, act as a diuretic and protect the liver; alkaloids for pain relief; and a rich complex of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin C, iron, potassium, magnesium, boron, and coumarins).
