- Varicose Veins: Steep 4 tablespoons of herb in 2 cups boiling water for 2 hours, strain. Take 1/3 cup three times daily.
- Hypertension/Atherosclerosis/Postpartum Uterine Atony: Steep 20 grams of herb in 1 cup boiling water for 30 minutes, strain. Take 1/4 cup three times daily after meals.
- Edema (Kidney/Heart Origin): Boil 1 tablespoon of herb in 200ml water for 30 minutes, strain, and top up to original volume. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times daily after meals.
- Urogenital Tract Infections: Steep 4 tablespoons of herb in 1 cup boiling water, bring to a simmer, steep until cool, strain and top up to original volume. Take 1/3 cup 2-3 times daily, 1 hour after meals.
- Gout/Rheumatism: Steep 2 teaspoons of herb in 1 cup boiling water for 2 hours, wrapped, strain. Take 1 tablespoon 5-6 times daily.
- Hemorrhoids: Steep 2 teaspoons of herb in 200ml boiling water for 1 hour, strain. Drink the entire dose throughout the day.
- Tea: Steep 1 teaspoon of herb in 250ml boiling water for 30 minutes, strain. Drink warm, 2-3 cups daily.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance. A minimum recommended course is 5 packages.
