Dosing and Administration Rectally. The suppository is introduced into the rectum after a spontaneous bowel movement or cleansing enema. Adults and children over 14 years old use 1 suppository 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment with Natalsid® is 7-14 days. Use during pregnancy and lactation The drug is not contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation.
